Returns & Sizing Guarantee
We want you to love your Stillman Hat and feel confident in the fit.
All hats are one size and are designed to fit head circumferences of 23 inches or less. The hat features an adjustable internal drawstring embedded inside the circumference of the hat, allowing the size to be easily tightened for a secure and comfortable fit. Each hat is finished with faux sheepskin trim for added comfort and warmth.
If your head circumference is larger than 23 inches, this hat is not likely to fit. We encourage you to reach out through the “About” section and let us know your head measurement. If we receive enough requests for larger sizes, we may offer a special order, and we will follow up with you directly.
If the sizing does not work for you, we offer a 100% refund with free return shipping for sizing-related issues.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your hat
Returned items must be in original condition
Items must be returned in their original hat box, as the box is specifically designed to protect the hat during transit
Free return shipping is provided for sizing-related returns
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected
